Brought BMW X3 in lockdown viewing outside of car on forecourt emailed garage when they were shut, got a quick reply with more info about car. This was followed up with a phone call the next day, they supplied all the info I required we agreed a price over the phone subject to couple items I requested. Picked car up and was left to check out car, sorted payment and drove away very happy. Had follow up call as I requested a paper owners manual which they have sorted. First class service.
