Many thanks for your excellent professionalism. As others we were given plenty of time to view and test drive the cars we were interested in without any pressure. St Michaels took our car in part exchange and willingly resprayed the bonnet of our chosen car to eradicate the stone chips that we noticed. After we had taken our car home it became evident that the air con wasn't working, it was still under warranty and thank you also to all in the team for your help, assessing the problem and regassing the system. Would be very happy to buy from St. Michael's again in the future and recommend to friends and family. ????
