After dealing with multiple Dealers (some very dodgy ones) in the past, this Garage is by far the best we have ever dealt with, nothing is ever too much trouble and they are always happy to answer any questions you have. They don’t push you into buying anything, and when you have decided to buy a car they don’t push for a deposit, paint protection or anything else. Your word is enough for them, which is such a refreshing change. The car was in such good condition, you’d swear that it just rolled out the factory. They say once you buy a car from them you are a part of their family, and that couldn’t be more true. Even when we had an issue with our car (nothing to do with St Michaels, but a known issue with Mercedes) they fixed the issue and even washed the car, topped up the AdBlue and even for a 4 wheel balancing and tracking. Not even main dealerships would offer to do this for free let alone do it without asking! We normally dread when buying a car, but St Michaels really do put you at ease and will 100% will buying our next car here, and we recommend that you do too.
