I recently purchased a car from here and even though it was a 180 mile round trip it was worth it. Like most people deciding which car to buy can be quite stressful, made more so with some companies who’s sales people are constantly trying to sell you extra’s. St Michaels was nothing like that, they don’t sell car mats (because the car comes with them). They don’t sell paint protection (you can purchase this a lot cheaper online), they don’t sell warranties (not worth the paper they are written on and the car comes with one , partly due to defence there were (not many as they only buy cars in very good condition) they fixed, this included the paint work which is perfect. The car was taxed, serviced and MoT’d before I collected it, which was at short notice. I mentioned that the front two tyres were low (I replace mine at 3mm) but legal, on collection two new Michelin tyres. I was told “we have a standard and regardless of price we will maintain that”, that’s a pretty good business model and one that will keep getting repeat customers. Not only that, they had put enough fuel put in it to get me home. Thanks especially to Graham.
