5* rating - never before have I rated someone with 5*.
Trade in price was fair (probably a bit more to my advantage), they corrected a minor detail on a vehicle I wanted before I picked the vehicle up. Still have the vehicle approx 5 years and not a problem with it at all. No major repairs needed, and I'm guilty for not maintaining my cars on a service interval basis.
Time to revisit for another trade in :)
