Brilliant service customer service when I recently bought my Ford Ka from here. Unfortunately I needed to get a car at the start of lockdown so everywhere was closed. I emailed Millen Road and they reserved the car saying they would contact me when restrictions were lifted. True to their word James rang me once they were allowed to open again. After test driving the car alone, I bought the car and drove it home the same day. Social distancing and government rules all adhered to. James was very friendly and helpful but I felt under no pressure to buy at all. Had the car 3 months now and very happy with it.I have already recommended this garage to family and friends.
